NANTUCKET TRUNK SHOW

We recently got back from a three day trunk show on the quintessentially summer island Nantucket. It was a jam packed long weekend filled with new friends & customers, beach dinners, and lots of shopping. The Skinny Dip, a collective of designers for any and all beach fashion needs, was kind enough to host our trunk show. While we were on island, I loved my ritual morning walks to take in the beautiful homes and exceptional blooms, an obvious favorite and a perfect pairing for our summer product if I must say. I couldn't help taking out my favorite photo app as of late, (as you all know) Huji, to capture the magic.

Enjoy a few snaps from our time on this little slice of summer heaven!

Nantucket is chock full of charming vintage cars. I don't typically drive myself but am considering learning stick to pick one of these up.

On morning walks before trunk show hours (with coffee from The Bean , there is no Sant Ambroeus on the island yet!) I noticed these hydrangea in profusion on Nantucket. They are known as "Twist and Shout" Hydrangeas, a name I love for the classic song, and will definitely need to add to our Hydrangea guide !

Cheery blooms on a morning walk.

Peeks into side and back gardens abound on this charming island.

Another "Twist & Shout" bush I couldn't resist. Some were almost my height!

You know how we feel at MM about a potted topiary. I loved the underplanting on this very chic front porch.

Again, I'm really not a car girl but Nantucket will make you reconsider. I do love vanity plates...

We had the pleasure of hosting a cocktail hour for our trunk show with the darling Mackenzie Horan during our time at the trunk show. There was a lot of mingling and lot of Whispering Angel, of course.

We spent our last night in 'Sconset, a charming small town on the other side of the island, and had dinner at the Summer House Hotel.

And just like that we were off! Back to New York to keep the ball rolling. Here I am in Dodie, which I love to travel in. I bring a sweater in my carry on (or in this case an extra shopping bag) in case the plane is cold. We can't wait to return to Nantucket and for our next Summer Trunk Show!
